By adding or using the Obu~♡ VC Tracker Bot (the “Bot”), you agree to these Terms.
1 ⋆ Service
The Bot tracks time spent in voice channels on Discord servers and displays statistics and leaderboards.
2 ⋆ Data
The Bot collects Discord User IDs, Server (Guild) IDs, voice-session timestamps, and server configuration set by administrators. It does not collect message content, voice/audio content, or direct messages. See the Privacy Policy for details.
3 ⋆ Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Bot in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Do not abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the Bot.
4 ⋆ Availability
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and tracked data may occasionally be incomplete due to downtime, Discord outages, or maintenance.
5 ⋆ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Bot.
6 ⋆ Data Storage & Security
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on a private server with reasonable security measures and periodic backups. No method of storage is 100% secure.
7 ⋆ Data Removal
Server administrators may exclude users/roles or reset tracked time. You may request deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].
8 ⋆ Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
